Truesdell, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Schaff's Home Center, for the construction of a Home upon a lot of land known as 308 Grahams Woods Road, Carlisle, PA ,Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (See Legal Description attached hereto and made a part hereof) NOW, ~u rY ~, 2007, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner, and the further consideration of One Dollar to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said foundation, the right to file such Iiens being expressly waived. Term, 2007 Filed 2007 All that certain parcel of land and improvements therein situate in the Township of West Pennsboro, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and designated as Parcel No. 46-06-0029-043 and more fully described in a Deed dated June 28, 2005 and recorded June 29, 2005 in Cumberland County in Deed Book 269, Page 2983, granted and conveyed unto Eric J. Swintosky and Heather M. Swintosky, husband and wife. CONTAINING 1.304 acres and being Lot No. 1A on Subdivision Plan for Raymond Burkholder which is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 50, Page 77. This is a lot addition to Lot No. 1 on said Plan, and it may not be sold separately without approval from West Pennsboro Township. BEING the same premises which became vested in Stephen A. Truesdell and Shirley M. Truesdell herein by deed of Eric T. Swintosky and Heather M.
