PETITION TO WITHDRAW AS GUARDIAN
AND FOR SUBSTITUTION OF NEW GUARDIAN
AND NOW COMES Petitioner, Cheryl E. Watson, Court-appointed guardian
of Howard J. Taylor and Virginia M. Taylor, by and through her attorneys, Latsha
Davis Yohe & McKenna, P.c., and petitions to withdraw as guardian and for
substitution of new guardian, and sets forth the following in support thereof:
1. Petitioner Cheryl E. Watson ("Watson") resides at 6203 Catherine
Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17112.
2. Watson was appointed the plenary guardian of the persons and estates
of Howard J. Taylor ("Mr. Taylor") and Virginia M. Taylor ("Mrs. Taylor")
(collectively, "the Taylors"), incapacitated persons, by Court Order dated July 7,
2006. See Court Order attached as Exhibit A.

3. Sandra L. Nye ("Nye"), sister of Watson who was appointed alternate
plenary guardian of the Taylors, has expressed that she has no interest in assuming
the position and duties of plenary guardian.
4. Mrs. Taylor now requires a higher level of care than at the time of the
time of appointment of Watson, which change in required care likely will result in
the relocation of Mrs. Taylor into skilled nursing care.
5. Due to this likely change, it is anticipated that Watson's current work
and family obligations will not permit her to continue her duties as guardian.
6. Watson seeks to withdraw as guardian of the Taylors.
7. Watson has consented to Constance E. Stoneroad ("Stoneroad") of
Keystone Guardianship Services, 129 Market Street, Millersburg, Pennsylvania 17061
as a possible substitute as plenary guardian of the persons and estates of the Taylors.
See brochure of Keystone Guardianship Services attached as Exhibit B.
8. Stoneroad had the opportunity to meet with the Taylors on July 25,
2007; she and the Taylors seem to be compatible and she consents to be considered
by this Court to be substituted as guardian. See Stoneroad's Consent to be
Substituted as Guardian for Howard J. Taylor and Virginia M. Taylor attached as
Exhibit C.
9. Stoneroad's guardianship services of the persons and estates of the
Taylors would be provided at a reasonable fee.

10. Because Watson seeks to withdraw as guardian of the Taylors, Watson
further requests that this Honorable Court appoint legal counsel to provide
representation on behalf of the Taylors while a new guardian is considered and
appointed.
11. Upon the issuance of an Order to Withdraw, Watson shall file a
complete Inventory of the Taylors' assets and will thereafter provide all of their
financial information to the newly appointed guardian
12. Upon the issuance of an Order to Withdraw, Watson requests that she
be permitted to have legal fees incurred to date paid in this matter.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner Cheryl E. Watson requests that this Honorable Court
permit her to withdraw as guardian of the Taylors and substitute Constance E.
Stoneroad as guardian of the Taylors.

Howard J. Taylor remain totally incapacitated persons in need of guardianship services

CONSENT TO BE SUBSTITUTED AS GUARDIAN
FOR HOW AnD T. T AYLOR AND VIRGINIA M. T A nOR
I, Constance E. Stoneroad of Keystone Guardianship Services, met with Howard
J. Taylor and Virginia M. Taylor (collectively, "the Taylors") on July 25, 2007. As a
result of this meeting, I consent to be substituted as plenary guardian of the persons and
estates of the Taylors effective immediately. The facts set forth herein are true and
correct to the best of my personal knowledge.
