Dear Ms. White:
When you initially probated, you completed a Petition for Probate that listed the
estimated value of the estate as $81,000 and we charged our fee of $21 0 based on that
amount. When you filed the inheritance tax return the reported value of the probate
assets was determined to be $202,779.31. Our probate fee for that amount is $310.
Enclosed you will find Invoice No. 1539 for the amount of$100 which represents the
difference between what was paid and what is owed.
