ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in Lower Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the northern right of way line of
Sconsett Way, Twenty-five Feet (25') from the center line of the same,
being the center line of a Twenty Feet (20') wide stormwater easement,
and also being at the southwestern corner of Lot No. 128. THENCE along
said right of way of Sconsett Way, along a curve to the left having a
Radius of One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-five and Zero Hundredths
Feet, an Arc length of Sixty-one and Zero Hundredths Feet, following a
chord bearing of North Fifty Degrees Two Minutes Twenty-four Seconds
West, a chord distance of Sixty-one and Zero Hundredths Feet to a
point at the southeastern corner of Lot No. 126. THENCE leaving said
right of way of Sconsett Way along the eastern property line of Lot
No. 126, North Thirty-nine Degrees Four Minutes Thirty-one Seconds
East, a distance of One Hundred Ten and Zero Hundredths Feet to a
point on line of Lot No. 71, being the Open Space as shown on the
hereinafter described plan. THENCE along the property line of Lot No.
71, South Fifty Degrees Two Minutes Twenty-four Seconds East, a
distance of Sixty-four a~d Thirty-nine Hundredths Feet to a point on
the same, being the center line of the said easement and the northern
corner of Lot No. 128. THENCE along the property line of Lot No. 128
and the center line of said easement, South Forty Degrees Fifty
Minutes Forty-two Seconds West, a distance of One Hundred Ten and Zero
Hundredths Feet to a point and place of BEGINNING.

Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Plan Book 84, Page 38; also being known as Unit No.
127 as shown on the Declaration Plat recorded in Right of Way Plan
Book 12, Page 130.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to a Declaration of Planned Community dated and
recorded May 24, 2001 in the.Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Miscellaneous Book 675, Page 1092.

other matters of record or that which a physical inspection or survey

BEING THE SAME PREMISES which BHH Partners, a Pennsylvania partnership,
by its Attorney-in-Fact, Don E. Haubert, Sr., by deed dated September
8, 2003 and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County granted and conveyed unto Brian R. Rusignuolo
