RECEIPT. RELEASE AND REFUNDING AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, Samuel I. Martin, the residuary
beneficiaryofthe Estate of William L. Martin, late of South Newton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, deceased, do hereby acknowledge receipt ofthe total estate residue of Seventy-seven
Thousand Five Hundred Three and 63/100 Dollars ($77,503.63), as follows:

in full satisfaction and payment of my residuary legacy under the terms of the Pennsylvania intestate
laws.
AND, THEREFORE, I do by these presents remise, release, quit -claim, and forever discharge
Samuel I. Martin, Administrator of the Estate of William L. Martin, his heirs, executors and
administrators, of and from the aforesaid legacy, and of and from all actions, suits, payments,
accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatever, from the beginning of the world to the day of
the date of these presents.
AND, THEREFORE, desiring to avoid the delay and expense of the settlement of said Estate
by filing an Account of said administration in the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court of said
County, and by having the balance in the hands of the Administrator as shown by said Account
distributed by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Orphans' Court Division, I do
hereby agree that the foregoing statement concerning the matter of settlement may be recorded with
the same effect upon me as if the same had been reported upon by said Court, and a decree of
distribution made on such report by the said Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division.
AND, THEREFORE, in consideration of the aforesaid settlement being made without the
aid of such Court of Common Pleas - Orphans' Court Division, I do hereby agree that if any
legitimate debts or demands of the said Estate of William L. Martin, Deceased, as hereinbefore set
forth, shall be hereafter recovered against the Estate of said decedent and be legally payable out of
the same, to the extent of my said distribution, I will return to the said Administrator such amount
thereof as may be necessary to pay such debts or demands.
AND I hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County may
discharge the said Administrator upon application, without further notice to me.
