The Cumberland Valley School District is aduly-organized and constituted school district of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland, being comprised of the Townships of Hampden (a first class township), Silver Spring, Middlesex, and Monroe (second class townships). 2. Cumberland Valle School District is desirous and in need of Schdol Police Officers to act as Y policemen for the school district. ~', 3. As attested to in the attached Affidavit, the Board of School Di ectors of the Cumberland Valley School District has by resolution adopted on June 25, 2007, designated t e following named persons to act as School Police Officers to serve until the school district by resolution directs otherwise, with the powers and authorities set forth below subject to the appointment by this Honorable Court: VIII A. The School Police Officers with authority to enforce god order pursuant to the authority of Section 778(c)(1) of the Public School Code of 1949, as amejnded, seeking appointment at the request of the Cumberland Valley School District are listed andl set forth in the document identified as "Exhibit A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.~~ B.
