STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the~~lay of July, 2007, by and between Lawmen
Construction, LLC, hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
Jason C. Klinger and Jennifer L. Klinger, hereinafter referred to as Owners, whereby the former
undertook and agreed to erect and construct a building on that certain lot of ground situate in Upper
Frankford Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and being more commonly known as the
Corner of Rock Run Road and Brick Church Road, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for
and in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to it in hand paid by Owners, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for
itself and its subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no
mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by it or any of its subcontractors against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by it or any of its subcontractors under said contract or otherwise, for, towards,
in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the
said Contractor, for itself, its subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an
independent covenant.

foregoing statement for the purposes therein contained by signing the name of the corporation by
himself as such owner.

ALL that certain lot of ground located in Upper Frankford Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a P.K. nail in the intersection of the centerline of L.R. 21055 (Brick Church
Road) and Township Route T-421 (Rock Run Road); thence along the latter, South 67
degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 1,180.13 feet to a P.K. nail on the line
of Lot No. 2 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along the latter, North 22
degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 300.00 feet to the line of Lot No. 3 on
said Plan; thence along latter, North 67 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance
of 982.38 feet to the centerline of L.R. 21055 (Brick Church Road); thence along the
latter, South 55 degrees 30 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 359.31 feet to a P.K.
nail, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 7.447 acres and being described according to a Subdivision Plan for Dorothy
E. Miller, by Wilbur H. Clifton, R.S., dated June 28, 1986 and recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 51, Page 19
and being designated as Lot No. 1 thereon.
