William,pon, P~. 17701 ~1tEtt8 In the Court of Common Pleas, County of Pennsylvania Number 6 7 - y `1 ~ q M Lh Term, 19 WHEREAS, Anthony DiCaprio and Janice DiCaprio of 1866 OHara Lane Middletown Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith. a contract, with Yingst Homes, Inc. ofHarrisburg Pennsylvania, for the erection of a ~ building upon a lot of land situate 6210 Lookout Drive, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, PA NOW, July 23, ~ 2007at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin- cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Anthony DiCaprio and Janice DiCaprio to the said Yingst Homes, Inc, to commence work on the said building. or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Yingst Homes, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Yingst Homes, Inc. paid by Anthony DiCaprio and Janice DiCaprio , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the ~iuilding by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
