WHEREAS, Anthony DiCaprio and Janice DiCaprio
of 1866 OHara Lane Middletown Pennsylvania,
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith. a contract, with Yingst Homes, Inc.
ofHarrisburg Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a ~ building upon a lot of land situate
6210 Lookout Drive, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, PA
NOW, July 23, ~ 2007at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Anthony DiCaprio and Janice DiCaprio
to the said Yingst Homes, Inc,
to commence work on the said building. or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Yingst Homes, Inc. and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to Yingst Homes, Inc. paid
by Anthony DiCaprio and Janice DiCaprio , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
~iuilding by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as foltows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the northerly right-of-way line of Lookout Drive, said point being a front property
corner of Lot 55;
THENCE along Lot 55, North 31 degrees 39 minutes 51 seconds West (N31 °39'51 "V11) a distance of 196.95 feet to a
point;
THENCE along lands now or formerly of Jenn'rfer Osborne, South 71 degrees 25 minutes 15 seconds West
(S71 °25'15"V1~ a distance of 363.63 feet to a point on the easterly right-of--way line of Lamb's Gap Road;
THENCE along said easterly right-of--way, by a curve io the right having a radius of 910.00 feet an arc distance of
105.33 feet being subtended by a chord of South 19 degrees 57 minutes 44 seconds West (S19°57'44"W) a distance
of 105.27 feet to a point;
THENCE along lands now or formerly of Kenneth Getz, South 66 degrees 45 minutes 30 seconds L=ast (S66°45'30"E)
a distance of 269.30 feet to a point;
THENCE along Lot 57, North 68 degrees 56 minutes 54 seconds East (N68°56'54°E) a distance of 201.40 feet to a
point on said Lookout Drive right-of--way;
THENCE along said Lookout Drive right-of-way, by a curve to the right having a radius of 60.00 feet an arc distance of
108.88 feet being subtended by a chord of North 30 degrees 56 minutes 12 seconds East (N30°Sfi'12"E) a distance of
94.55 feet to a point, said poini being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
