STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

THIS AGREEMENT made this ~ T day of 2007, by and
between GALBRAITH PRE-DESIGN INC., of 21 Kutz Road, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
CARLISLE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES CORPORATION, hereinafter referred
to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed to
erecte~~ and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground
situate in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as 112-130 North East
Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, PA.
1~JJW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contra.c:Lor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contra~:tor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildi:yigs and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account; of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them l:.nder said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the eection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or an~~ of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Notary Public, the undersigned officer, personally appeared

being authorized to do so, executed the
foregoing instrument for the purposes therein contained by signing
the name of the said Corporation by himself as such
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and official seal.
Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Borough of Carlisle, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more fully bounded, limited and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on North East Street at its junction with Locust Alley; thence North
75 degrees West, 66.1 feet along Locust Alley to a point; thence South 15 degrees West, 73.5
feet to a point; thence North 75 degrees West, 22.9 feet to a point; thence South 15 degrees
West, 83.95 feet to a point; thence South 75 degrees East, 89 feet to a point on North East
Street; thence along North East Street, North 15 degrees East, 157.45 feet to a point on
Locust Alley, the Place of BEGINNING.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED ten (10) frame dwelling houses known and numbered
112, 114,116, 118, 120, 122, 124, 126,128 and 130 North East Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
