AND NOW, this 31st day ofJu1y ,2007, upon consideration of the Petition for Citation to
Grant Letters of Administration Pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.S3155 filed by HCR ManorCare-
Carlisle through their attorney, Chadwick O. Bogar, and having received no response to the
Citation issued on June 26, 2007, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that upon the prompt and proper
filing of a Petition for Grant of Letters by Shaun E. O'Toole, Esquire, Letters of Administration
shall be granted to Shaun E. O'Toole, Esquire and that the Letters of Administration Pendente
Lite granted to Attorney O'Toole on June 21,2007 shall be revoked.
Shaun E. O'Toole, Esquire shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws
of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
