WHEREAS, Ray E. Thrush and Jean L. Thrush, whose mailing
address is 170 Smithdale Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257 are the owners
of real estate situated on 170 Smithdale Road, Southampton Township,
Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
AND WHEREAS, owner intend to construct a manure pit, on the aforesaid
real estate.
AND WHEREAS, the undersigned are general or subcontractors,
materialmen, or other persons furnishing services or labor or
materials, as indicated under our respective signatures below in the
construction/repair of the residential home/improvements located upon
said real estate of the owners above mentioned.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between
the said owners and general or subcontractors, materialmen, or other
persons furnishing services or labor of materials, all parties
intending to be legally bound that neither the undersigned contractor,
subcontractor, materialmen, or any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the premises above described shall file a lien, commonly
called a Mechanic's Lien, for work done or material furnished to the
said real estate owned by Owners.
This written instrument is made and intended to be filed with the
Prothonotary of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, prior to commencement of
the work upon the ground and in accordance with the requirements of the
Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
