and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void any and all prior Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.

I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my decease as the same can be conveniently
done, and in this respect, I direct that m~ Executor, hereinafter
named, have a suitable marker placed on my grave on my burial
plot.

I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever
and wheresoever the same may be situate, to my brother, DELBERT
R. WOOTTEN, absolutely and unconditionally_

DELBERT R. WOOTTEN. Exeoutor of this my Last Will and Testament
and direot that he be permitted to serve in suoh oapaoity without
being required to post bond or other seourity for the faithful
