ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, known as 3917 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011, and more particularly bounded
and described in Cumberland County Deed Book 31-Z, Page 52, et sue.

Resolution 2006-A-18, adopted December 7, 2006, and preceding Resolutions 81-A-3, 82-A-3, 83-A-1,
96-A-10 and 99-A-19 and 2004-A-20. This lien is filed in strict compliance with said Resolutions, and
the Municipal Claims Act of 1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et sec .
