Whereas, Mamoon Monawar and Afreen Monawar, Owners
Of Lot No. 219 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Good Hope Farms South - Phase VI, with an
address of 508 Jacob Lane, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
Is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with McNaughton Homes
Of 4400 Deer Path Road, Suite 201, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania,
For the erection of a standard dwelling unit upon land known as Lot No. 219 on the Final
Subdivision Plan of Good Hope Farms South - Phase VII, with an address of 508 Jacob Lane,
Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more particularly described on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporation herein by reference.
Now, ,2003, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners
To the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with McNaughton
Company and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owners.
It is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-
contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials pumhased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land, together with improvements, situated in
Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on Southern right-of-way line of Jacob Lane (50.00 feet wide),
said point being located atthe Northeastern comer of Lot No. 218; then along said right-
of-way line on the are of a circle curving to the right, having a radius of 150.00 feet, and
an arc length of 186.89 feet, to a point at the Northeastern comer of Lot No. 220; then
along the Northern boundary line of Lot No. 220, North 71 degrees 43 minutes 27
seconds West, for a distance of 125.00 feet, to a point at the Southeastern comer of Lot
No. 218; then along the Eastern boundary line of Lot No. 218, North 22 degrees 36
minutes 36 seconds East, for a distance of 125.00 feet, to a point and the place of
BEGINNING.
This piece, parcel or lot of land contains approximately 11,681.00 square feet of land, has
an address of 508 Jacob Lane, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, and is known and
numbered as Lot No. 219 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Good Hope Farms South -
Phase VII, which is recorded in Cumberland County in Plan Book 83, Page 64.
UNDER AND SUBJECT TO:
(a) Any and all easements, licenses, leases, exceptions, reservations, convenants,
agreements, conveyances and restrictions which affect the premises and are
visible by inspection of the premises.
(b) Any and all easements, licenses, leases, exceptions, reservations, covenants,
agreements, conveyances and restrictions contained in any and all prior
documents, agreements, instruments, deeds, grants and conveyances affecting
the premises.
(c) The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, recorded in Cumberland
County in Miscellaneous Book 679, Page 1174 as may be applicable to the
above described property.
BEING A PART of the same premises which Thomas W. Gaughen, d/b/a/TWG Real
Estate Management Services, conveyed to The McNaughton Company, a Pennsylvania
Corporation, by deed dated October 5, 1994 and recorded in Camberland County in
Record Book 112, Page 1058.
