Owner, is about to execute contemporaneously with Northwood Craftsman of 1336 Baltimore Road, Shippensburg, Pa,
hereinafter called the Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot
of ground known as 106 Feather Drive, Lot 95 @ Timberland Estates, Shippensburg, PA 17257Southampton Township,
Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which Talon D. Landreth, Alicia K.
Landreth, A. Larry Lehman and Helen R. Lehman are the title holder of record, as more particularly described in Deed
Book 280, Page 1987; and
,hobo, August 8, 2007, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to
purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of said contract
and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material man, nor any
other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall
file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
~Gfjis stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situate in Southampton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a set iron pin on the Eastern side of Feather Drive, a 50 foot wide street, at corner of Lot No. 94 as
shown on a plan of lots hereinafter referred to; thence by said Lot No. 94, North 88 degrees 33 minutes 24 seconds East,
167.32 feet to a set iron pin on line of lands now or formerly of the United Telephone Company; thence along the latter,
South 13 degrees 28 minutes 17 seconds West, 93.14 feet to a set iron pin at corner of Lot No. 96 on said plan; thence by
said Lot No. 96, South 88 degrees 33 minutes 24 seconds West, 143.35 feet to a set iron pin on the Eastern side of the
aforementioned Feather Drive; thence along the Eastern side of Feather Drive, North 01 degrees 26 minutes 36 seconds
West, 90.00 feet to a set iron pin on the Eastern side of Feather Drive, a 50 foot wide street, at corner of Lot No. 94 on
said plan, being the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 95 AND CONTAINING 13,980 square feet as per survey entitled "Subdivision Plan -Timberland
Estates -Phase 2, Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania", prepared by Martin and Martin,
Incorporated, dated March 14, 2006, with revisions, which, together with the necessary municipal approvals, is recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, PA, in Plan Book Volume 94, Page 14.
