WAIVER OF LIENS
WHEREAS, Scott A. Barlup and Kathy D. Barlup, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, entered into a
contract with Beaver Homes Inc., of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, to provide materials and perform labor
necessary for completion of a residential dwelling situate upon lot of ground located:
1128 Oyster Mill Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011, East Pennsboro Township, CUMBERLAND County,
PENNSYLVANIA, as more particularly set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract shall
file a lien for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of the Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
The General Contractor hereby agrees to waive any defects in the filing and indexing of this Lien Waiver in the
Office of the Prothonotary where it is to be filed pursuant to Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963
and agrees that it will not contest the validity of this Lien Waiver based upon any such defects and hereby
agrees to this waiver of defects on behalf of any of the Subcontractors, materialmen or suppliers that may
provide any labor or materials under the General Contractors Agreement with the owner and who, but for the
stone, waiver, would be entitled to assert Mechanics Liens against the owners property under the Mechanics
Lien Law of 1963.
The General Contractor also hereby agrees to provide actual Notice of the Lien Waiver to all subcontractors,
materialmen and suppliers prior to providing any labor or material by them to the project and will further
provide for a written acknowledgment by each of these persons of the Lien Waiver prior to providing any labor
or materials to the project.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land, situate in EAST PENNSBORO TOWNSHIP, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point one hundred ten (110) feet south east from the south east corner of land of Russell Lewis and Russell Downs
and the low water mark of the said creek, one hundred twenty-four (124) feet to a point, marked by an iron pin at the corner of land of
Amos Murphy; thence, in a south westerly direction, along the land of Amos Murphy four hundred (400) feet, more or less, to a point,
marked by an iron pin, at a line fence at the corner of lands of Jacob Kohler Estate; thence, in a north westerly direction, along the line
fence and land of the Kohler Estate, ninety six (96) feet to a point, marked by an iron pin, at the corner of land of Earl C. Bohr; thence
in a north easterly direction along the line of land of Earl C Bohr, three hundred eighty-six (386) feet, rnore or less, to a point at the
low water mark of the Conodoguinet Creek, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME premises which Frank C. Machamer, widower, by his Attorney in Fact, Alfred Machamer, by Indenture dated the
12th day of September, 2003, and intended to be herewith recorded, York County records, granted and conveyed unto Scott A. Barlup
and Kathy D. Barlup, husband and wife.
UNDER AND SUBJECT TO restrictions and conditions as now appear of record.

AND NOW, this'"'//'~' day of December, 2003, this matter having
been scheduled for a hearing de novo before the Support Master for
December 3, 2003, and the parties having reached an agreement on all
outstanding issues, it is ordered and decreed as follows:
A. The order of October 8, 2003 entered to 03-4820 Civil Term setting the
Defendant's obligation for alimony pendente lite at $2,306.00 per
month effective October 8, 2003 is affirmed.
B. The order of October 8, 2003 entered to 425 Support 2003 is modified
as follows:
1 ) The effective of said order shall be October 8, 2003, not May 9,
2003.
2) The Defendant is given a credit on arrearages of $604.00 for
direct payments on behalf of the Plaintiff.
3) In all other respects said order is affirmed.
C. The hearing scheduled before the Master is cancelled.
