Dear Ms. Dixon:
This invoice is in reference to Reginald Waller and the above referenced civil action. I
spent a total of 4.2 hours on the case between April 2007, and May 2007. I spent 1.0 hours in
court and 3.2 hours out of court. On or about April 23, 2007, I was court appointed to represent
Mr. Waller in this guardianship proceeding. On April 23, 2007, I spent approximately 1.0 hours at
the hearing. On or about April 23, 2007, I spent 2.8 hours reviewing records, meeting with the
client, and talking to staff and Mr. Waller's physician. On or about May 9,2007, I spent .4 hours
