Dear Ms. Dixon:
This invoice is in reference to Doris Potteiger and the above referenced civil action. I
spent a total of 5.9 hours on the case between July 2006, and November, 2006. I spent 1.5 hours
in court and 4.4 hours out of court. On or about July, 18,2006, I was court appointed to represent
Ms. Potteiger in this guardianship proceeding. On or about August 9th, October 27th, November
1 st, 5th, 7th, and 11th, I spent approximately 2.7 speaking with the client and opposing counsel.
On or about October 7, 2006, I spent approximately 1.0 hours speaking with Ms. Potteiger's
physician and family members concerning her mental and physical condition.. On October
26,2006, I spent approximately 1.5 hours at the hearing. Finally, or about November 13,2006, I
spent.7 hours reviewing records in this matter.
The total of the invoice for services rendered between July, 2006 and November, 2006 is
