Re: In re: Monica L. Kendall, No. 21-2006-848
Dear Ms. Dixon:
This invoice is in reference to Monica L. Kendall and her above referenced civil action. I
spent a total of 5.9 hours on her case between October, 2006, and February, 2007. I spent 5.9
hours out of court. On or about October 16, 2006, I was court ap~inted to represent Ms.
Kendall. I s~nt approximately 2.9 hours on or about October 17 ,25th, November 3rd, and
December 5 meeting and ~ing with the client about the impending guardianship proceeding.
On or about January 4th, 11 , February 5th, and 15th, I spent approximately 3.0 hours reviewing
petitions, motions, and correspondence from opposing counsel concerning Ms. Kendall's case.
Following the hours stated above I was replaced by private counsel and did no further work on
Ms. Kendall's case.
The total of the invoice for services rendered between October, 2006 and February, 2007 is
$265.50. Please remit payment to:
