Baird, Esquire, and pursuant to 54 Pa.C.S.A. §702, respectfully represents: 1. Kristen Lee Pinder, Petitioner, is an adult and has been residing for over five years at 118 Pearl Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013. 2. Petitioner was born on 3/2/71 and named Kristen Lee Greenhalgh. 3. Petitioner was married to David M. Pinder on April 24, 1999, and is in the process of a divorce. 4. Petitioner has used the first name of Kali since she was 18 and has her mortgage, vehicles and bank accounts in the name of "Kali" thus desires it be her legal first name. 5. Petitioner does not want to maintain the name Pinder nor resume her maiden name. 6. Petitioner's grandmother's name was Delaney and Petitioner desires to honor her grandmother by taking Delaney as her own last name. 7. There are no judgments of record against the Petitioner. WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests this Honorable Court: a. Fix a hearing on this petition, b. Direct that notice be given of this hearing, and c.
