MUNICIPAL CLAIM FOR LIGHTING ASSESSMENT AND RATES
Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, files its claim with interest at the rate of ten
percent (10%) per annum from date of filing and costs, against the herein described real property and the
improvements thereon, if any, and sets forth the following:
SPECIFICATIONS OF CLAIM
1. The name of the party claiming is Southampton Township, a municipality located in the County
of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Matthew Malone.
3. The property against which this claim is filed is situate in Southampton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, and is more fully described in Cumberland County Deed Book, Volume
270, Page 3243, Tax Parcel No. 39-36-2438-02. The address of the property is
605 South Mountain Estates, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. This claim for lighting assessment and rates is filed under and by virtue of Section 3301 of the
Second Class Township Code.
5. Said lighting assessment and rates were charged for the year 2006.
