MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWAGE USAGE FEES
North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its
claim for sewage usage fees against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Ricky Lee
Horn and Celice Ann Horn, with a mailing address of 209 Longs Gap Road, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania. The address of the subject property is:

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and
marked Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above-described property for sewage
usage service in the amount of $386.97.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 3, 2003 and costs of
filing are also claimed.

Between Alice P. Stine, Widow of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter called the Grantor/s).
of the one part
AND Picky Lee Horn and Celice Ann Horn, Husband and Wife, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
(hereinafter called the Grantee/s), of the other part,
Witnesseth That in consideralion of One Hundred Twelve Thousand dollars and 00/100- ......
($112,000.00) Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Grantor/s do/does
hereby grant and convey unto the said Grantee/s, their heirs and assigns, as their interest may appear
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground with the improvements thereon erected situated in North
Mlddletan Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North line of right of way of Leak'S Gap Road and at tho Iow water
mark on the Western bank of Conodoguinet Creek; thence from said beginning point in a Westerly line
approximately 190 feet; thence by a curve to the right and following the course of Old Long's Gap Road
in a Northwesterly direction a distance of approximately 525 feet; thence by line of property of John A.
and Blanche M. Owen North 60 degrees $0 minutes East a distance of 33g.70 feet more or less, to the low
water mark of the Western bank of Conodogulnet Creek; thence by the Western hank of said creek in a
Southwesterly direction a distance of 500 feet, more or less, to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING improved with a two story stone and frame dwelling house and other outbuildings and being
Plot No. I as appraised for inheritance tax purposes.
BEING part of the premises which Alice P. St/ne, grantee/awardee of the Estate of Peach Belle Stine
dated March 19, 1968 and recorded in Deed Book R, Vol. 22, Page 882. Received along with her now
deceased husband J. Marlin Stine the premises in question above described. ALSO being the same
premises which Alice P. Stlne by Installment Sales Agreement dated April 15, 1998 and reeoeded in
Cumberland County Misc. Book 573, Page 1097, granted and conveyed an equitable interest to Glenn IL
Garman and Elizabeth Garman. Whereas, by a certain Quit-Claim Deed dalai March 22, 2002, and
recorded April 9, 2002 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Deed Book 251, Page 882, the said Glenn
1L Garman, as Grantor, released all his interest under the Agreement unto Elizabeth Garman, by a
divorce rfled to file # 1999-00936. Alice P. Stine to give her consent. Whereas, E/lzabeth Garman then
assigns her equitable interest to Picky L. Horn and Celiee Ann Horn recorded in Misc. Book 687, Page
548 made May 1, 2002. Alice P. Stlne to give her consent.

THIS IS A CONVEYANCE BETWEEN GRANDMOTHER AND GRANDAUGHTER THEREFORE
IT IS EXEMPT FROM REALTY TRANSFER TAX.

And the said Grantor/s do/does hereby covenant to and with the said Granteeds that he/she/they/it, the said
Grantor/s for themselves/himselffherselffitself SHALL AND WILL by these presents, SPECIALLY, Warrant
and forever Defend the herein above described premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances, unto the
said Gmntee/s their/his/her heirs/its successors and assigns, against the said Grantor/s and against every other
person lawfully claiming or who shall hereafter claim the same or any part thereof, by, from or under lfim/her/it
or any of them.
