STIPULATION AGAINST LI
THIS AGREEMENT made this ~~ day of 2007, by
and between D. GILBERT ENTERPRISES, LLC, h ein fter referred to
as Contractor,

GIOVANNI SCOTTO DAPOLLINO, hereinafter referred to as Owner,
whereby the contractor undertook and agreed to erected and
construct a single family dwelling situate in East Pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and more fully described
in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
known as Lot 14 Crooked Dr. Enola, Pennsylvania.
NOW T88R8FORE, THIS AGRSSMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate in East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded
and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern dedicated right of way line of Croaked Drive
at the dividing line of Lot #13 and Lot #14, said point also being located 184.48 feet
north of the northern extremity of an arc connecting the eastern dedicated right of
way line of Crooked Drive and the northern dedicated right of way line of Veronica
Lane; thence 6y the eastern right. of way line of Crooked Drive North S4 degrees 20
minutes 00 seconds West 224.83 feet to a point; thence by line of other lands of
Westwood Hills North 35 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East 253.21 feet to a point;
thence by lice of lands now or formerly of Robert M. Gates North 70 degrees 32
minutes 40 seconds East 14.37 feet to a point at the dividing line of Lot #16 and Lot
#14; thence by line of Lot #16 South 19 degrees 27 minutes 20 seconds East 168.35
feet to a point; thence by line of Lot #1S South OS degrees 48 minutes 46 seconds
