RICHARD C. SNELBAKER, being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says:
1. That he is a principal in the law firm of Snelbaker & Brenneman, P.C., and
is authorized to make this affidavit on its behalf;
2. That said law firm is counsel to the Estate of John V. Shoemaker, III,
deceased, and Robert Fisher, the Executor thereof;
3. That pursuant to the Order of August 23,2007, he did cause duly
certified copies of said Order and the underlying Petition for Leave to Sell Real Estate to
be mailed to Dianne Liberator by certified mail, return receipt requested. The cover letter
of August 23,2007, and receipt for mailing are attached hereto; and
4. That delivery of said certified mail was completed on August 24,2007, as
