"Petition For Citation to Show Cause Why an Account Should Not Be Filed in Accordance with
20 Pa. C.S.A. ~S610", filed by Terri Cassel, as Petitioner, it is hereby ORDERED AND
DECREED that a Citation shall be issued to, and shall be served upon, Barry Beinhower, as the
agent of Clair Beinhower, deceased, to show cause why he should not be required to prepare and
file, under oath, on accounting of his actions under Power of Attorney, to be lodged in the
Office of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division, of the Court of Common Pleas of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for audit by this Court and for further proceedings thereon
consistent with court rules and law.
