The reason for the request follows: The real estate value on the original return for 147 Tory Circle, Enola, P A 17025 was listed at $ 126,500.00 per the attached appraisal by Robert Ensminger Appraisers. ( See attached Schedule A from original return) The property was sold on April 27, 2007 for more than that amount. The difference between the actual amount of sale and the amount on the original return is $ 13,049.37. ( See Settlement Statement and Worksheet attached.)
