and recorded at Deed Book , Page , in the Recorder's Office
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A"
which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW. September 15, 2003 19 . at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner
to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractors and the further
consideration of One Dollar. to Contractor paid
by Owner . it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to
wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of Aldersgate Circle, a 50 foot
wide street, said point being the southern most corner of Lot No. 50; thence along said right-of-
way line along a curve to the right having a radius of 15.00 feet and an arc length of 18.06 feet,
said am being subtended by a chord of South 38 degrees 51 minutes 40 seconds West a distance
of 16.99 feet to a point, said point being on the northern right-of-way line of Aldersgate Circle;
thence continuing along said right-of-way line along a curve to the right having a radius of
975.00 and an arc length of 104.90 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of South 76 degrees
26 minutes 21 seconds West a distance of 104.85 feet to a point, said point being the
southeastern corner of Lot No. 52; thence along the eastern line of said lot North 10 degrees 28
minutes 43 seconds West a distance of 81.02 feet to a point, said point being the southeastern
corner of Lot No. 53; thence along the eastern line of said lot North 21 degrees 33 minutes 15
seconds East a distance of 70.73 feet to a point, said point being the western most corner of Lot
No. 50; thence along the western line of said lot South 43 degrees 16 minutes 19 seconds East a
distance of 147.84 feet to a point, the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 10,167.70 square feet or 0.2334 acres.
SAID Lot is subject to half ora 20 foot wide Drainage Easement crossing in the northern
part of said lot as being shown in greater detail on Final Plat Sheet 3 of 4 of Phase 3 of Fairwinds
Subdivision revised September 8, 1998, as prepared by Melham Associaties, PC. ' ~
