SUPERIOR METALWORKS, INC., Claimant v. IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA MECHANIC'S LIEN CLAIM COLISEUM REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC., Owner : NO. 07- 5~a MLI~ MECHANIC'S LIEN CLAIM AND NOW comes the Claimant, Superior Metalworks, Inc. ("Superior"), who, by and through its attorneys, Elizabeth S. Beckley, Esquire, Thomas S. Beckley, Esquire, and Beckley & Madden, of Counsel, files this Mechanic's Lien Claim, and in support thereof, avers as follows: 1. Claimant, Superior Metalworks, Inc., is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with a business address of 1416 Trindle Road, Cazlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. Superior is filing this claim as a contractor under the Mechanic's Lien Law of 1963. 49 P.S. § 1101 et seq. 2. The owner of the Property subject to the lien is Coliseum Real Estate Group, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which has a business address of 415 St. Johns Church Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. 3. The date on which Superior completed the work for which this claim is being made was March 7, 2007. 4. Superior files this claim under a contract with Coliseum Entertainment Group, Inc., wherein Superior agreed to fabricate and install various fixtures in the Owner's kitchen, including, without limitation, several stainless steel kitchen hoods with filter racks, several stainless steel shelves, counters and tables. A detailed description of the work Superior performed as well as the prices charged is set forth in Superior's proposal and invoices which are attached hereto as Exhibit A. The amount claimed to be due is $19,544.04. 5. The improvement and property claimed to be subject to the lien is the real property (including all improvements thereon) located at 415 St. John's Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. A true and correct copy of the deed to the property subject to the lien is incorporated herein, made a part hereof, and attached hereto as Exhibit B. WHEREFORE, Claimant, Superior Metalworks, Inc., claims to have a lien upon the premises herein described in the amount of $19,544.04, plus interest, costs of suit and such other and further relief as the Court may deem appropriate. Superior files this claim under a contract with Coliseum Entertainment Group, Inc., wherein Superior agreed to fabricate and install various fixtures in the Owner's kitchen, including, without limitation, several stainless steel kitchen hoods with filter racks, several stainless steel shelves, counters and tables. A detailed description of the work Superior performed as well as the prices charged is set forth in Superior's proposal and invoices which are attached hereto as Exhibit A. The amount claimed to be due is $19,544.04. 5. The improvement and property claimed to be subject to the lien is the real property (including all improvements thereon) located at 415 St. John's Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011.
