We are writing in regards to the enclosed Information Notices and Taxpayer
Responses regarding the above-referenced estate. Please be advised that the decedent was
not a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, therefore, the bank account which
is cited in the notices is not subject to inheritance tax.
Also enclosed is Form REV-1731-1, Nonresident Decedent Affidavit of Domicile,
and its related attachments.
