AND NOW, this
day of
, 2007, it appearing that
the First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution of
Thomas G. Rigling, III and Edward Mark Rigling, Co-Executors of the
Last will and Testament of THOMAS G. RIGLING, Deceased, have been duly
filed and advertised according to law and Rules of Court, and said
First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution have
been confirmed and approved by the above Court in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, on
; and it further
appearing that the said Co-Executors have in their Statement of
Proposed Distribution proposed to distribute certain Real Estate In
kind to Thomas G. Rigling, III, and the Court aforesaid having decreed
distribution in accordance with said Statement of Proposed
Distribution.
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all right, title and
interest of the said THOMAS G. RIGLING, Deceased, In and to
ALL THAT CERTAIN ~ INTEREST IN THOSE CERTAIN lots or pieces of land
situate in the Borough of New Cumberland, in the County of Cumberland
aforesaid, being Lots Nos. 7 & 8 of the general plan of George W.
Buttofff's addition to New Cumberland, as recorded in the Recorder's

Office of Cumberland County in Book N; Page 498; Vol 5; said lot being
bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the South side of Third Street, one hundred
fifty (150) feet West of the Southwest corner of Third street and
Eutaw Avenue; thence westwardly along said Third street, fifty (50)
feet to dividing line between Lots Nos. 8 & 9; thence southwardly
along said dividing line between Lots Nos. 8 & 9, one hundred forty
(140) feet to Taylor Avenue; thence eastwardly along said Taylor
Avenue, fifty (50) feet to dividing line between Lots Nos. 6 & 7;
thence northwardly along said dividing line between Lots Nos. 6 & 7,
one hundred forty (140) feet to Third Street, the place of beginning,
being Lots Nos. 7 & 8, Block D.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES vested in Lucinda E. Rigling and Thomas
Rigling, the deceased herein, by virtue of the Will of George Bower
Rigling, who died January 11, 1971. See proceedings of George Bower
Rigling Estate in Cumberland County Estate No. 21-75-695. See also
proceedings of the Nellie S. Rigling Estate in Cumberland County
Estate No. 21-87-0056.
lS hereby awarded unto THOMAS G. RIGLING, III lD fee simple.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a certified copy of the
Decree be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds In and for
Cumberland County, pennsylvania, among the deeds recorded in said
Office, said Decree to be indexed in the Grantor Index against the
Estate of Thomas G. Rigling, Deceased, and in the Grantee Index to
Thomas G. Rigling, III, pursuant to the Probate, Estates and
Fiduciaries Code, Act of 1972, P.L. 164, Section 3536 (20 PA. C.S.A.
3536) .
