Tartar must respond within thirty (30) days of service hereof: REQUEST FOR ADMISSIONS -0 ~: 1. In 1983, Margaret A. Tartar filed an action in divorce against Walter W. Tartar to No. 83 - 6390 in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, and on October 18, 1984, the Court issued the decree attached as Exhibit A divorcing the parties, but retaining jurisdiction of various claims including equitable distribution. Admitted x Denied 2. In an Order the same date attached as Exhibit B the Court granted Margaret A. Tarter exclusive possession of the marital residence at 738 Burdett Dr., Aston, PA. Admitted x Denied 3. The issue of equitable distribution was never resolved in the divorce action. Admitted x Denied 4. Equitable distribution is the only claim in the divorce action that needs to be resolved. Admitted Denied x 5.
