DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 24th day of August, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by Chase Forrest Carter, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last
Will and Testament, which is dated July 3,2006, consisting of three handwritten pages, the Register of
Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding the Last Will and
Testament and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the first paragraph of the first handwritten page preceding the signature of
Carol L. Turner is admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of Carol L. Turner and that the
writings on the first, second and third pages which follow the signature of Carol L. Turner are not
admitted to probate.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that upon the proper filing of two Oaths of Non-Subscribing
Witnesses to the signature of Carol L. Turner, that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Chase Forrest
Carter. Chase Forrest Carter shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
