McMullen, is an adult individual residing at 2608 Derry Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17111. 2. The Defendant, Luis A. Herrera-Diaz, is an adult individual residing at 6280 Carlisle Pike, Lot 406, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania17055. 3. The facts and occurrences hereinafter related took place on or about December 25, 2002, on the Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg. 4. At the time and place aforesaid, Plaintiff was the owner of a 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue which was then and there stopped at a red light northbound on the Carlisle Pike. 5. At the time and place aforesaid, Defendant was the operator of a Ford Explorer which was then and there traveling southbound on the Carlisle Pike. 6. Defendant Herrera-Diaz was traveling southbound when he lost control of his vehicle and started sliding towards Plaintiff, striking her vehicle on the passenger side. 7. Defendant Herrera-Diaz was negligent in that he: (a) failed to keep a proper lookout for other vehicles; (b) failed to keep his vehicle under control; and (c) operated his vehicle at a speed too fast for conditions then and there existing. 8. Solely as a result of Defendant's negligence, Plaintiff sustained damages in the amount of THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE and 03/100 ($3,363.03) DOLLARS for repair of her vehicle as well as rental of another vehicle while repairs were being made.
