The Board of Directors of Cumberland Valley School District appointed Matthew La Buda at the
regularly scheduled meeting of June 18, 2007, to serve as a member of the district's special
police.
OATH OF OFFICE
I, Matthew La Buda, on this, the 7~' day of September, 2007, do solemnly swear that I will
support, obey, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and that I will discharge the duties of my office with fidelity.
