Pursuant to your conversation with Kirk Sohonage on August 30, it is our
understanding that the correct fees for filing the Petition for Report of Guardian is
$15.00, so we have enclosed a check in that amount. We kindly request that you return
the $35.00 check that we previously forwarded to your office.
