STATEMENT OF MECHANIC'S LIEN CLAIM
AND NOW comes 84 Lumber Company, L.P., by counsel, Bernstein Law Firm, P.C., and
files this Statement of Mechanic's Lien Claim as a material supplier to the Owner, pursuant to the
Mechanic's Lien Law of 1963, 49 P.S. Section 1101 et. seq., against the premises herein
described, any and all buildings erected thereupon and the cartilage appurtenant thereto, for the
payment of $21,945.75, together with interest from May 2, 2007, due it as a material supplier to
the Owner under the contract herein described. The following is a statement of its claim:
1. 84 Lumber Company, L.P. is a limited liability company organized and existing
under the laws of Pennsylvania with a place of business located at 1019 Route 519, Eighty-Four,
Pennsylvania.
2. Owner is FCM Builders, Inc., a business corporation organized and existing under
the laws of Pennsylvania, with offices located at 1510 Thompson Lane, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania.
3. This claim relates to materials provided by Claimant as a material supplier to
Owner upon the premises designated at Lot 14, Ridge Road, Cazlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being more fully described in the Deed conveying said premises to Owner,

recorded in the Office of the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds at Deed Book Volume 275,
Page 1957.
4. Between February 16, 2007 and May 2, 2007, Claimant, pursuant to a contract
with the Owner, agreed to furnish materials for new construction at the premises above described.
True and correct copies of the invoices describing the materials supplied by Claimant to said
premises are attached hereto, mazked Exhibits "1"through "9" and made a part hereof.
5. Claimant last supplied materials to the above-described premises on or about May
2, 2007.
6. The materials supplied were utilized in the new construction at the above-
described premises and were free from defect and were in accordance with Claimant's agreement
with the Owner.
7. The total amount claimed by Claimant to be due is $21,945.75, together with
interest from May 2, 2007, for materials provided in connection with the agreement to provide
construction materials to the Owner upon the premises above described.
8. This lien is claimed against the premises designated as Lot 14, Ridge Road,
Cazlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

Notice is hereby given that a Statement of Mechanic's Lien Claim, a true and correct copy
of which is attached hereto, was filed on behalf of 84 Lumber Company, L.P., on the day
of 2007, in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
Civil Division, at the above caption and docket number. This Mechanic's Lien Claim is asserted
against the premises known as Lot 14, Ridge Road, Cazlisle, situate in Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, appearing at Tax Map Number 21-08-0573-157 and being more fully described in
the Deed recorded at the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office at Deed Book Volume
275, Page 1957.
