AND NOW, this 12th day of September, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of
Letters filed by Michael S. McCreary, dated and filed on September 12th, 2007, for the estate of Ruby
Mae McCarthy, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioner shall post surety bond in the amount
of $200,000.00. IT IS ALSO DECREED that upon filing the Bond of Personal Representative,
Letters of Testamentary shall be granted to Michael S. McCreary.
