Plaintiff Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, successor to Financial Trust Company, is a New York banking corporation, with an office at 213 Market Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17101. 2. Defendants Sheri Swigert-Heckman and Jeffrey A. Heckman, are adult individuals, who reside at 2 Briar Oak Lane, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. 3. On or about September 18, 1996, Defendants, for good and valuable consideration, executed and delivered a Commercial Guaranty to Plaintiff for and on account of the obligations of L&S Travel Shoppe, Inc. (the "Guaranty"). A true and correct copy of said Guaranty is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A". 4. The Guaranty referred to in Paragraph 3 above has not been assigned by Plaintiff to any person or organization. 5.
