consideration of the attached Petition, we hereby appoint ?he Petitioners, Russell A.
Macaluso and Jean M. Macaluso, guardian of the person and guardian of the estate of the
minor child, Aidan Russell Macaluso, born September 1, 2007. Such appointment is
intended to remain in effect only until modified or revoked by this court. The Petitioners
are directed to give notice of their appointment to both of the parents of the said child and
either of those parents may petition the court for modification or vacation of this order, at
which time the court will schedule a hearing for further proceedings and to give all parties
an opportunity to present their positions to the court.
