Na b7•«~T I~ C;~.L~~.,.-, COMPLAINT IN CIVIL ACTION Plaintiff, OWENS CORNING SALES, LLC., brings. this action against the DEFENDANT, SWWP, INC., and states the following: 1. The Plaintiff, OWENS CORNING SALES, LLC., is located at 1 Owens Corning Parkway, Toledo, OH 43659. 2. The Defendant, SWWP, INC., is located at 469 E. North Street, Carlisle, PA 17013-2675. 3. The Plaintiff sold goods to the Defendant on credit, and the Defendant became indebted to the Plaintiff in the amount of ELEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTEEN AND 81/100 DOLLARS (11213.81), a copy of the Credit Application and Invoices being attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 4. Defendant has failed to honor this obligation despite numerous efforts made by the Plaintiff. Plaintiff intends to offer the attached exhibits into evidence at trial under Pa. R. Civ. Proc. Rule 1305, to the extent applicable. 5. The principal unpaid balance is totals ELEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTEEN AND 81/100 DOLLARS ($11213.81).
