STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I. The creditor, GE Consumer Finance, certifies that there is due and owing by RUSSELL KLINGER, deceased, the
SUIll of SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY THREE DOLLARS AND NINETY FIVE CENTS ($ 723.95).
2. The nature of the claim is a Lowe's, account number 7981924396042970, .
3. The name and address of the claimant is: GE Consumer Finance, 4125 Windward Plaza, Alpharetta, GA, 30005.
4. The name and address of the claimant's agent is: Joyce Rimback, Estate Recoveries, Inc., P. O. Box 24566,
Baltimore, Maryland 21214.
5. This claim is not contingent and is not secured by any liens or judgments.
6. This claim is not based on anyone instrument. Said balance has accrued since the account was established.
