COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff, CAPITAL ONE BANK is a corporation wit offices at 140
EAST SHORE DR GLEN ALLEN , VA 23059 .
2. Defendant is adult individual(s) residing at the!laddress listed
below:
ROSA CRUZ
2 COOPER CIR
CARLISLE, PA 17015
3. Defendant applied for and received a credit cardlbearing the
account number 5291152094803455 .
4. Defendant made use of said credit card and has a current balance
due of $1391.08 as of August 01, 2007 .
5. Defendant is in default by failing to make monthly payments when
due. As such, the entire balance is immediately due a?d payable to
Plaintiff.
6. Plaintiff is entitled to the addition of interest',at the rate of
25.900% per annum on the unpaid balance from August O?, 2007 . A copy
of Plaintiffs STATEMENT is attached hereto, marked a Exhibit 11111 and
made a part hereof.
7. Although repeatedly requested to do so by Plaintiff, Defendant has
willfully failed and/or refused to pay the balance due to Plaintiff.
Wherefore, the Plaintiff prays for judgment in is favor and
against Defendant , ROSA CRUZ , INDIVIDUALLY , in th amount of
$1391.08 with continuing interest thereon at the rate of 25.900* per
annum from August 01, 2007 plus costs.
