For dates of death on or after January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is zero (0) percent[72
P.S. ~9116 (a) (1.1) (ii)]. The statute does not exemot a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements for disclosure of assets and filing
a tax return are still applicable even if the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.

The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural parent, an
adoptive parent, or a stepparent ofthe child is zero (0) percent [72 P.S. ~9116(aX1.2)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is four and one-half (4.5) percent, except as noted in 72
P.S. ~9116(1.2) [72 P.S. ~9116(a)(1 )].
The tax rate imposed on the net value oftransfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is twelve (12) percent [72 P.S. ~9116(a)(1.3)]. A sibling is defined,
under Section 9102, as an individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

OF
JEAN M. KASUN
1, JEAN M. KASUN, of New Cumberland, Cumberland, Pennsylvania, do
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revohng all Wills
and Codicils by me at any time made.
ITEM I:
1 direct that all inheritance and estate taxes becoming due by reason
of my death, whether such taxes may be payable by my estate or by any recipient of any
property, shall be paid by the Executrix out of the property passing under ITEM 111 of this
Will, as an expense and cost of administration of my estate. The Executrix shall have no
duty or obligation to obtain reimbursementfor any such tax so paid, even though on
proceeds of insurance or other property not passing under this Will.
ITEM II: 1 direct the Executrix to pay my just debts and the expenses of my last
illness and funeral expenses from the property passing under this Will as an expense and
cost of administration of my estate.
ITEM 11.1: 1 devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to

my children as follows:
(a) Twenty percent (20%) to my son, DA VID M. KASUN, or in the event he
predeceases me, to his issue, per stirpes;
(b) Twenty percent (20%) to my daughter, REBECCA A CLARK, or in the event
she predeceases me, to her issue, per stirpes;
(c) Twenty percent (20%) to my daughter, CHERYL J. LARJ)IERl, or in the
event she predeceases me, to her issue, per stirpes;
(d) Twenty percent (20%) to my daughter, ROSE M. HOPKINS, or in the event
she predeceases me, to her issue, per stirpes; and
(e) Twenty percent (20%) to my daughter, PAMELA J. GRUNDON, or in the
event she predeceases me, to her issue, per stirpes.
In the event wry beneficiary above predeceases me and has no issue, his or her share
shall be divided equally between the other named surviving beneficiaries.
ITEM IV: In the settlement of my estate, my Executrix shall possess, among others,
the following powers:
(a) To retain any investments I may have at my death, as long as the
Executor may deem it advisable to my estate to do so;
(b) To sell either at private or public sale and upon such terms and
conditions as the Executrix may deem advantageous to the estate, any or all real or personal
property or interest therein owned by the estate;

(c) To pay all costs, taxes, expenses and charges in connection with the
administration of my estate;
(d) To compromise controversies; and
(e) To do all other acts in the Executrix's judgment deemed necessary or
desirable for the proper and advantageous management, investment and distribution of the
estate.
ITEM J7.o Any person who shall have diedat the-same time as I shall have, or in
a common discister with me, or under circumstance that the order of deaths cannot be
established by proof, or within thirty (30) days of my death, shall be deemed to have
predeceased me.
ITEM VI: 1 appoint my daughter, REBECCA A. CLARK, to be the Executrix of
my Estate. In the event my daughter cannot act or refuses to act as Executrix for any reason,
I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, DA V1D Ilf.KASUN, as alternate Executor. Any
Executrix(or) is specifically relievedfrom the duty or obligation offiling any bond or other
security.

This appraisal report has been prepared with the property in "as is" condition. The appraiser considered only those items that

ground swimming pools, etc., were not included in the estimate of the market value. No personal property has been included
in this valuation.
Final 'Reconciliation
This appraisal assumes a reasonable marketing periOd for the subject property of four months. The Sales Comparison
Analysis reflects recent activity in the market place and is given the most weight. The Income Approach is inappropriate
because few single family houses are. rented in this market. In the view of the age of these improvements, the Cost Approach
cannot be considered an accurate indicator of value. This appraisal is based on readily observable conditions and is not to
be considered as a thorough home inspection to analyze or warrant the subject property andlor its mechanical systems.
