I am enclosing herewith the letter which your office sent to me last week.
I have advised you previously that: (a) we were discharged from our position as
attorney for the Estate many years ago by the Executrix, Marie Magazo; (b)
numerous attempts by us to locate her or communicate with her have been
unsuccessful. Thus, we have no way of knowing whether the administration of
the Estate is completed or uncompleted.

On November 1, 2004, the Department issued an appraisement and
assessment that imposed tax at the 0% rate on $1,195,760.31 and at the 6%
rate on $1,291,328.42. In protesting that assessment, Petitioner requested
that the Board's Decis-ion be held in abeyance pending the resolution of several
matters before the Cumberland County Orphans' Court.
By letter of June 19, 2008, the Board was advised that the Orphans'
Court litigation had been settled. To date, however, the estate has failed to
provide any evidence that the Department's assessment was erroneous.
Accordingly, it is hereby, ORDERED, that the protest be denied in its
entirety.

I am responding to your Notice dated November 1, 2013 with respect to the above Estate.
For many years now, I have filed a Status Report, each time informing everyone that we have not
been able to locate or deal in any manner with the Executrix for what I believe is now in excess
