HOUP (hereinafter "Decedent"), died a resident of Yakima County, Washington, on the 13th day of November, 2005, leaving property in said county subject to probate. 2. TESTACY The Decedent died testate having duly executed her Last Will and Testament on the 30th day of June, 1999, the original of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. 3. The assets primarily consist of real property located in the State of Pennsylvania and financial accounts. The known assets of the estate exceed the known debts of the Decedent and Decedent's estate.
