Deponent is Executrix of the Estate of Helen G. Houp, Deceased, who died
November 13,2005, a resident of Yakima, Washington.
Deponent desires to exercise within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania the
authority vested in deponent by virtue of 20 Pa. Cons. Stat. ~ 4101 and has complied with
all the provisions of same.
After diligent search and inquiry, deponent states that so far as deponent has been
able to discover, the above decedent is not indebted to any person in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, and that deponent will not exercise any power which she would not be
permitted to exercise in the jurisdiction of her appointment.

COMES NOW the Petitioner herein, GLORIA A. HILSINGER, by and
through her attorney of record, Bradley A. Mellotte, and petitions this Court as
follows:
1. JURISDICTION
HELEN B. HOUP (hereinafter "Decedent"), died a resident of Yakima
County, Washington, on the 13th day of November, 2005, leaving property in said
county subject to probate.
2. TESTACY
The Decedent died testate having duly executed her Last Will and
Testament on the 30th day of June, 1999, the original of which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this reference.
3. PETITIONER
The Decedent named GLORIA A. HILSINGER, as her Personal
Representative in her Last Will and Testament.

The Petitioner is the Decedent's daughter and is familiar with the assets
of the estate. The assets primarily consist of real property located in the State of
Pennsylvania and financial accounts. The known assets of the estate exceed
the known debts of the Decedent and Decedent's estate. The estate is therefore
solvent.

do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

FIRST. I order and direct the payment of all my legally enforceable debts and
funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
SECOND. I give and bequeath a life estate interest in my residence known as
50 Foreman Mill Road, Shippensburg, South Newton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania (more specifically described inCumbedand County Deed Book J, V olu..'lle 28,
Page 32) to my husband, WARREN E. ROUP, for and during his natural life.
THIRD. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my daughter, GLORIA ANN
HILSINGER, provided that she be living on the sixtieth (60th) day following my death. In the
event that the said GLORIA ANN HILSINGER predeceases me or is not living on the sixtieth
(60th) day following my death, I then give, devise and bequeath the rest and residue of my
estate to the children of my deceased son, DONALD L. HOUP, on a per stirpes distribution
basis, namely SUZANNE E. ESHELMAN, JENNIFER L. HOUP, and JEREMY J. HOUP.
FOURTH. I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, GLORIA ANN
HILSINGER, to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament; if she be unable to
fulfill the duties of Executrix, I then nominate, constitute and appoint my husband,
WARREN E. HOUP, to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
FIFTH. I hereby direct that all federal, state and other death taxes payable
because of my death, with respect to the property forming my gross estate for tax purposes,
whether or not passing under this Will, including any interest or penalty imposed in
connection with such taxes, shall be considered a part of the expense of administration of my
estate and that such be paid out of the rest and residue of my estate.
SIXTH. I direct that my personal representatives shall not be required to give
bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.

Petitioner GLORIA A. HILSINGER has filed with the Court a Petition for
an Order: (1) Establishing and Probating Will; (2) Adjudicating Estate to be
Solvent; (3) Appointing Personal Representative; (4) Directing that Letters
Testamentary be entered; and (5) Directing Administration Without Bond and
without Court Intervention; and the Court, being fully advised in the premises,
finds as follows:
1. HELEN G. HOUP (hereinafter lithe Decedent") died a resident of
Yakima County, Washington, on the 13th day of November, 2005, leaving
property subject to probate.
2. The Decedent died testate, having duly executed her Last Will and
Testament which is dated the 30th day of June, 1999.
3. The sworn statement of subscribing witnesses attached to said Will
constitutes all of the testimony submitted in support of Decedent's Last Will and
Testament, the original of which is filed herein.
