NOTICE is hereby given of the pendency of a criminal action brought by
the United States of America against the above-named persons by a criminal
indictment containing a count of criminal forfeiture demanding forfeitu re of real
property. This criminal action was filed with the Clerk of the United States
District Court in and for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, which forfeiture
action was brought pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 982. The defendant real property
subject to forfeiture is described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot in the property known, named and identified in
the Declaration referred to below as "Walnut Point, a Planned Community,"
located in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which
has heretofore been submitted to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Uniform
Planned Community Act, 68 Pa. C.S.A. §5101 et seq., as amended, by the
recording in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, the Declaration for Walnut Point, a Planned Community
("Declaration"), dated June 17, 1998, designated in such Declaration as Lot
NO. 28 (Identifying Number), described in Section 2.2 of the Declaration and
shown (and described) in Exhibit F of the Declaration.
CONTAINING 0.3062 acres, more or less.
BEING Lot No. 28, Final Subdivision Plan for Walnut Point Phase 1,
dated July 22, 1997, last revised August 28, 1997, recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 76,
Page 85.
BEING the same premises which William H. Goodling and Kelly J.
Goodling granted and conveyed on May 27, 2003 to Michelle L. Smith in Book
257, Page 2446.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to a portion of a clear sight triangle across
southeast corner of the premises as shown on Exhibit F of the Declaration.
The Record owner of the defendant property is Michelle L. Smith.

to the records of the Clerk of the Court for the United States District Court for
the Middle District of Pennsylvania, atthe Federal Building, 228 Walnut Street,

RELEASE OF LIS PENDENS
Notice is hereby given that a certain lis ~ recorded
in the Cumberland County, Pennsylvania land records on
September 26, 2003, giving notice of the pendency of a forfeiture
action in the United States District Court for the Middle District of
Pennsylvania entitled United States of America v. Chad Smith, et al,
Criminal No. 1:CR-03-251, is hereby released and discharged.
The property affected by this release is more fully
described below:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot in the property known, named and
identified in the Declaration referred to below as "Walnut Point, a
Planned Community," located in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which has heretofore been
submitted to the provisions of the Pennsylv~mia Uniform Planned

Michelle L. Smith in Book 257, Page 2446.
