AND NOW, come Howard J. Taylor and Virginia M. Taylor, by and through their a5urt-
appointed counsel, Mark F. Bayley, Esquire, and in support of the within motion avers as
follows:
1. The Honorable M. L. Ebert is assigned to the above docketed matter.
2. A hearing was scheduled for September 21,2007.
3. Howard Taylor recently suffered an injury which has caused logistical problems with
regard to transporting him to the courthouse.
4. Undersigned counsel and Glenn Davis, Esquire, counsel for Petitioner, are in agreement
to continue said hearing to October 9, 2007 at 3 :00 PM.
