WAIVER OF MECHANICS LIEN
WHEREAS, STANLRY R. ALL~N and ~ATHY R. ALLEN, his wife, of
Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, entered into a contract with DWIGaT
~ADEL of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a 2200
square foot ranch dwelling with two-car garage upon real estate
owned by Allen lying and being situate in Southampton To.wnship,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more fully described in deed
from Gerald E. Stafford dated February ?, 2003, and recorded in
Cumberland County Deed Bock Volume 255, Page 1260,
NOW, THEREFOr, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and
between the said parties as part of the said contract and for the
consideration herein set forth that neither the undersigned
contractor, nor any sub-contractor or materialmen, nor any other
person furnishing labor or materials to said contractor under this
contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanics' lien, for
work done or ma~erlals furnished to said building or any part
thereof.
THIS STIPULATION IS ~E and intended to be filed with the
Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas of the 9th Judicial
District, Pennsylvania, prior to the commencement of any work upon
the ground in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly
of Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
