COME NOW the Community Trust Company. as Tmstee in the above captioned matter, ..

along with Araminta A Flegel and Amanda B. Reed, Beneficiaries of said Tmst, and the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office oftlte Attomey General, as parens patriae and for their
Stipulation state to the Court as follows:
1. At issue in this ca."le is the Proposed Accounting. filed by the Trustee, Community Trust
Company, for the May M. Moore Five-Year Charitable Lead Annuity Trust.
2. The Beneficiaries have filed Objections to said Accounting.
3. The Court is currently considering the Tnlstee's Pctition to Require an Accounting of
Additional Investment Counsel.
4. Pursuant to the: Proposed Accounting, the Tmlltee hall proposed to distribute $213,810.88
to Amanda B. Reed and $213.810.87 to Aramint:1. A. Flegel.
5. Ms. Reed and Ms. Flegel are the only benc.ficiaries ofthe Trust.
6. Without any admissi on of liability or release from liability by any party to this litigation,
all parties stipulate and agree that tile Trustee may release the sum of $196,792.43 to each
respective beneficiary (total of$393,584.86 released), and that the remaining funds for the Five-
Year Trust be held in escrow pending the outcome of this litigation.

7. Undersigned cOllnsel for the Beneficiaries has spoken with Attomey Michael T. Foerster,
counsel for the Attorney General's Office, who has 110 objection to this Stipulation.
WHEREFORE, the parties respectfully request that the Court enter an Order allowing the
Trustee to make the distributions requested herein.
