AND NOW, this 25th day of September, 2007, upon consideration of the
Emergency Petition To Adjudicate Incapacitated and Appoint Guardians of the Person
and Estate in the above-captioned matter, it is ordered and directed as follows:
1. A hearing on the petition is scheduled for Friday, October 5,
2007, at 11:15 a.m., in Courtroom No.1, Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania;
2. Petitioners shall be responsible for all notifications required
by law with respect to the petition and the hearing;
3. Lorin A. Snyder, Esq., is appointed to represent the allegedly
incapacitated person.
